You probably know nightcrawlers are
generally 4 to 6 inch large earthworms
that aerate The soil.
Generally is the operative word,
doesn’t apply to Gargantua, the
Giant Fisher Park Nightcrawler.
6 to 12 feet in length,
circumference of 3 feet,
it’s a terror you don’t want
to see. Believe me. You see it
and you might soon be dead.
Rarely seen in the dark nights
in Fisher Park. Seems to keep
to itself unless disturbed. Then
like a sleeping rattlesnake that
once awakened its deadly
fanged bite can kill you, it will
do worse to you.
If you disturb Gargantua, on
purpose or unwittingly his
crawling speed will shock you,
60 miles an hour usually. When
he catches you, he will aerate
you, a slimy, agonizing death.
