In Fisher Part the natural and the supernatural
exist side by side. Not in daylight but in the
mysteries of dark night. With the first footstep in,
you can feel it, an eerie, otherworldly sensation
that causes you to hesitate. If you brave that
feeling, soon you’ll see translucent orbs hovering
in the night air. After that, show time really starts.
Don’t be surprised if you see a trantaloid or two.
I’m not kidding; these terrifying insectoid aliens
frequent the park when their UFOs dock in town.
I stepped into Fisher Park, like on a tour, but
backed out, actually ran out, when I saw a
10-foot praying mantis trantaloid. You might be
made of stronger grit. If you go in and survive
the praying mantis one with your limbs and
innards intact, pray tell me what other alien
oddities you saw on the rest of the tour.
